This ToS is between you, the end user, and Streakmatch (provided by RIP Harambe Kft. at 15 Nyári Pál st. 2724 Újlengyel Hungary, registration number: 13-09-226556)
By accessing, downloading, or using the Streakmatch app, you agree to abide by this ToS and the Streakmatch Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the app.
Streakmatch grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you use the app on an Apple product, you also agree to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

To use Streakmatch, users may need to register. Users agree to provide accurate and current information. Streakmatch reserves the right to terminate accounts for providing false data. We respect user privacy, and user data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and your interactions with other users. Streakmatch is not liable for any consequences arising from user interactions or content. Additionally, all users must adhere to the Streakmatch Community Guidelines.
Streakmatch reserves the right to terminate or suspend access without prior notice, for conduct that Streakmatch believes violates this ToS, the Community Guidelines, or is harmful to other users, Streakmatch, or third parties, or for other reasons.
Streakmatch may update or change the app without notice. This ToS will apply to any updated versions.
Streakmatch is provided "as is", without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Should any failure of Streakmatch to conform to any applicable warranty, the you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for Streakmatch to you; additionally, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Streakmatch, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Streakmatch's sole responsibility.
Streakmatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
Apple, and the subsidiaries of Apple, are third party beneficiaries of the ToS. Apple will have the right to enforce the ToS against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
11.1 Initial Effort to Resolve Dispute. Both you and Streakmatch commit to resolving any dispute informally. Before initiating any lawsuit or legal proceedings, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute by mediation.
11.2 Mediation Process. If any dispute arises under this ToS, the disputing party shall notify the other party in writing about the nature of the dispute and seek initial resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the notice, either party may request mediation.
11.3 Selection of Mediator. The parties shall mutually agree upon a mediator. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, a neutral third party or agency will appoint one. Mediation Location & Costs. Mediation shall take place in Hungary, unless both parties agree otherwise. Each party shall bear its own costs of mediation. The fees of the mediator shall be split equally between the parties.
11.4 Legal Proceedings. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, either party is free to initiate formal legal action. However, both parties agree that mediation must be pursued before taking any further legal actions.
This ToS is governed by the laws of Hungary, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. In the event of any conflict between the laws of Hungary and any other jurisdiction, the laws of Hungary shall prevail. Any disputes arising from this ToS will be adjudicated in Hungary.
If any provision of this ToS shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this ToS shall not be affected thereby.
